Will the Garmin ALPHA with T5 Collars be allowed in hunts and fall under the same rules as the Astro 320?
T5 collars linked to the handheld of an Alpha 100 will make the training capability features (shock and tone) of said handheld non-usable (disabled). So yes, the Alpha 100 handheld may be carried and used during hunting time, but only "IF" linked to a T5 collar.
The easiest/quickest way to recognize the T5 collar is the bright orange colored cover over the GPS module mounted on top of the collar. All other Garmin module covers are black.
