There will be a bear event hosted by the Orange County Coon Hunt Club this Saturday the 26th of July. The address to the club house is; 21473 Clarks Mountain Rd, Rapidan Va 22733. The deadline to signup for the fist event is 10:00 am. The events are as follows; 1 dog bay, 3 dog bay, youth 1 dog bay, 1 dog treeing contest, youth treeing contest, and field trial. Entry fee is $5.00 per dog. Plaques will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. There will be a couple vendors there, The Dog Box Man and Thompson Hunting Supplies and a snow cone vendor for the kids. The Mechanical Bear will be provided by Gene Bell. There will also be raffles for different hunting supplies. Hope to see you there!
