best of the best.
sam this package is amazing. me and brian hunted again tonight in some cold weather, snow, wind, ect...
ive used all the good lights out there and im telling you there are some awesome lights on the market right now from several builders.
love the colors on this light especially red and green. they catch eyes awesome and easy on eyes if choose to use walking. blue is neat but not really useful. LOL.
however the soft white flood for scanning tree is great and awesome for walking. get in a lot of big steep ravines, canyons, and river bluffs around here. very dangerous sliding down and crawling up with snow and ice everywhere. that setting on light is a god send for me. one twisted ankle, blown out knee, or broken arm missing work im screwed.
a lot of guys dont think of little things like this walking light when buying light but i really appreciate it. a lot of single leds are very bright but almost blinding when turned up and messes with balance opposed to nice even flood to walk with when shining just in front of you in hairy terrain.
the 2 led white is way brighter than i thought would be. shining across open terrain or at trees far away a single led definately is brighter but when close to tree spotting fur i really like this. i call it functional brightness. if can get further away and get right angle on tree to shine the spotlight takes over.
i hunt as much as possible every time of year in areas that gets best of every kind of weather and the worst. same with terrain hunt from flat open ground to thick areas wish had climbing gear. this flood walking light is something i will never go without again. could literally be a lifesaver.
when comes to lights, best bang for the buck PERIOD!
thanks, matt.
