What to breed to?????

I plan to breed our CH NITECH PR CROSSCOUNTRY GINGER SNAP this fall. I have a few ideas, but I would like some input from you boy's that know a little more about this than I do.
******GRNITECH T-TOP TREE TALKIN RED RAT
*****GRNITECH GRCH T-TOP RABBLE ROUSER
******GRNITECH GRCH T-TOP ROCK-N-RED RANEN
***GRNITECH BERA'S CROSSCOUNTRY RED DEUCE
******GRNITECH HOBO JACK
*****CH GRNITECHSTERKIS'S MACHINE GUN ANNIE
******CH GRNTECH STERKIS FAMOUS OUTLAW ANN
CH NITECH CROSSCOUNTRY GINGER SNAP
******GRNITECH T-TOP TREE TALKIN RED RAT
*****GRNITECH GRCH T-TOP RABBLE ROUSER
******GRNITECH GRCHT-TOP ROCK-N-N RED RAVEN
****NITECH STERKIS'S MIDNIGHT MUSIC MAKER
******GRNITECH GRCH BIG G FARMS RED ICE
*****GRNITECH CH THOMAS MIDNIGHT MUSIC
******GRNITECH GRCH BIG G FARMS RED PEPPER
Ginger is a punch a hole in the dark hunter. She is a first strike and first tree dog. she has an above average mouth. she will weight in from 45 to 50#s medium red. As you can see, she is from a LONG list of reproducers, and coondogs. I would like to keep that trend continuing in the right direction.
I would like your input and the reasons you think it will work.
Thank.

You seem to be doing pretty good on your own without any input so I don't think that I know any more than you do. But if it were me, I would look hard at Gus The Wonder Dog. Ginger is already pretty tight linebred on Rabble, being from a half brother/sister cross. And Rabble was pretty tight linebred himself. The Rabble/Rusty blood is pretty well known to cross pretty good with all of the Zack/Ace blood in Gus. So much for papers. Now Ginger is first/first but pretty wild and crazy. Gus is first/first but pretty well laid back and sensible. They both have big mouths. Gus is a big, long legged, dark red, good looking hound. He would add some sense/brains without taking away any strike/tree. So, there you have it traits and papers.

I will give you a second choice. If you want to stick with the Rabble blood, then I would go with Boone. He is an out cross dog out of Haze X Pepper/Kate/CD. Rabble is only his granddad so it would not be too close to breed him back to Ginger. He is also a very laid back sensible type hound. He has plenty of hunt/drive with out being wide open and crazy. But Boone won't be doing any more live breeding until after the PKC World. I don't know when Ginger comes in heat again.

His pups have good mouths.
His pups are accurate.
His pups win at the hunts.
His outcoss with Chile worked great.
I want another pup out of him! I was given a female out of him and she was hit by a car while hunting, I have bought 2 males out of him sight unseen, one was killed before I got him finished(Had a 1st and a 2 nd), and the other I made Nite Ch this summer and won't leave the place.
He is the most overlooked stud in the breed. Look at the reproducers list and performance points earned last year by a stud dog. This year he finally got 100 pups on the ground.

There you go, another good choice with lots of Rusty/Zack blood and closer too. It would have to be AI but that would give your new vet a chance to practice.

Input

All this info is great, thanks guys.
I would like to calm it down a tad. If the coons are down or thick you are in for a goodtime with Ginger. But! If they ain't moving or really thin, you are in for a LONG night of walking. She will get wild an wide
Richard, those are some good suggestions. I will study them closely.
Scotty and Leonard. I want to breed her fairly close this first time. But there will be an outcross with her on down the road.
Thanks a million guys, keep um comen

She is a real Sweetheart.

but I think you could tighten it up even more, RED, but not going to force my opinion on you. I promote other Stud dogs as well, I have even bred to a few of them lately!!

Good luck o' buddy!!

My two cents

I would consider puting Ice back in. I got some of the Wilson blood out of TN in my dogs. You can't go wrong with it as far as I am concerned. Not afraid of the dark and start early.

You might even look into studs that go back to Rabble Rouser's sister Lexus! I know there are several floating around that are pretty good coondogs.

Ginger

Thanks again guy's. You all have some good ideas as to witch way I should go with her. I really think she will cross well with most any of the stud's out there. BUT I would like to see a LARGE INPACT of a hound hit the hunts and take off.
Thanks a lot's guy's. Please keep those ideas coming.

I've got a nice dual grand male here that I'd let a guy breed to. He'll go deep if he has to but doesn't run past coon. He doesn't need a track to tree one either. He is very smart and eager to please. He isn't a babbling idiot so if you want an automatic first strike dog he's not for you. When he does open his mouth he has a track lined out and will get treed with a coon a great majority of the time and will stay treed regardless of what other dogs are doing. He has a good clear mouth that can be heard a long way off. Short bawl on track, loong dying bawl locate, and 100+ chop a minute tree dog. A little kid could call him. Had him tree on an island at 10pm one night and had to borrow a boat the next morning to go get him. He was still treed at 7:30am just as hard as when he started with a big coon sitting above him. He's only been bred a couple times and only one pup has been hunted in the hunts. That pup is Nt.Ch.Gr.Ch.'PR' MT Red's Tree Bangin Buddy. Buddy had a cast win at Nat'l Redbone days this year but not a high enough score to get his picture taken. All the rest of the pups out of the old dog went to big game hunters and they like them. Billy is out of Rabble's brother Boomer and my old Belle dog. Belle is out of Boomer and Rabble's half brother Gr.Nt.Ch. Bates' Red Ranger and my old Sallee bred female. The Ranger dog Mr. Brinson has carries a lot of Sallee breeding. Gr.Nt.Ch.Gr.Ch.'PR' MT Red's Bobcat Bustin Billy is the real deal. He just turned 9 but there's a litter on the ground now out of him. 8 pups and all are healthy. He still throws pups. If you feel he could help you let me know. I might let someone breed to Buddy too. He's a nice hound and a lot like his dad. He's out of Billy and my Sage female. Sage is out of Sandy Creek Jake and Lexus (Rat x Raven)

That's a good deal for a really good cross on Ginger. I don't know how I could swing it. She is due to cycle again late October or early November. I will keep you all updated, and post what I decide on.

I'll work with you any way I can to help if you should decide to breed to him. There's a lot of real nice dogs that are way closer I'm sure. I'm going to check into getting him collected.
