Allergies in dog

I have a young walker female that I believe may have allergies. She seems fine in the kennel but when you have her out hunting she snorts, sneezes, blows, etc. continuously. Any suggestions on medicines to give her or other ideas what may be causing her to do this? I have been told that Tylan 200 would work. I have read up on it and it says it is not supposed to be used in dogs or cats. Thanks.

it depends on what the allergy is...is it environmental or food?

Elvira had peanut, canola oil and 5 types of mold allergies. I removed the food ingredients and gave her shots for 2 years, change the bedding material...no more issues.

have one now, that has food allergies to wheat, rice. had to change her diet to a grain free. she is doing fine.

benedryl will not help everything. if they have food allergies and that issue is not resolved they will still have underlying problems (skin issues, ear infections, etc).

the blood test was the best $120 Ive spent. saved me from trying to figure it out, wasting money on feed that didnt work and medicating when not necessary.

good luck

I would think it would about have to be environmental allergies. She only does it when hunting her.
