I just got lucky on a dog. I went and got one of Chad Mcoins black n tan pups this past February. He was 6 weeks old male when I picked him up. My buddy had a real good bluetick that's was turning 8 months old. So instead of waiting till the pup got older I traded him for the bluetick. Now I didn't get hurt on the trade cause I treed a lot of coons and have done well in comp hunts. But that black pup is now 5 months old and is going to be a tough tough dog to beat next summer in the hunts. I have been looking for a good pup for my step son for a couple weeks. WELL I was looking on Facebook and found one of the black pups brothers for sale only 45 mins away. I got him bought as soon as I could. The guy that had him told me he hadn't been out of the pen at all. I drove straight to my buddies and pup him in front of a kitten coon he just trapped. Let me just say he lite that sucker up. So my 10 yr old step son is hooked for life!!! He hasn't stop talking about it. If anyone is looking for a **** good pup get ahold of chad Mcoin from Indiana.
Buddy is building quite the reputation as a coo dog and reproducer. Congrats to you an Chad. One question though, what was the female these pups are out of? It doesn't seem to matter with Buddy though.
