and Elvis.......she has accomplished all of this while also working a full time job, and having a 3yr old (4 in august) and a 6 month old ........and we just learned baby #3 is due January 15

Last time I saw a picture of Chels she was a teenager showing a pretty English dog on the bench and you were huntin the Looser dog!!

thanks guys . she still has a soft spot for these pot lickers lol and would realy love to show and hunt again........maybe when the kids are older she can . We have been talking about maybe the entire family going to AO or something just to watch and BS with everyone.........IF we can talk that hubby of hers into it that is ..... he's a nice kid and a crack shot, but sadly NOT a houndsmen



Ive been very lucky to have one of those kids who makes me look good as a parent. No matter what stands in her way she finds a way around it and comes out looking like a star .

there may not be any hounds out in the kennels atm, but the trophys and pictures are still on the wall ...her oldest, Jeep, keeps asking questions about them "toondogs" and will I get him one so he can chase coons :/..

im convinced the nights in the woods and the competition of the hunts and shows played a BIG part of the kind of person she turned out to be........esp the sand and grit to stick to it when it would be so easy to just give up and throw in the towel.

heck if I had known you were gonna be there I would have went just to BS Val.

I accualy told a story about you the other day :P......a guy stopped by here to see if I had any semen stored from Loose (I don't) anyway we got to talking about him and I told him about showing Loose to you at the Oklahoma youth hunt years ago not long after we got him, and the times we hunted togather with him after that. how cool it was that you got to see his daughter win the world show, personaly knowing her daddy .
