papers

I bought a gyp off a guy and im gonna send her papers in to get them changed in my name she is bred by anoter register male can I still register the litter. whats the fastest way to get her papers changed in my name pups will be here soon

You can register the litter, but the registered owner of the dog at the time of the breeding would need to sign off on the litter application as the owner of this dog. The fastest way is to overnight the papers to us and pay for us to overnight them back to you. The fee for us to overnight them back to you is $50.00, in addition to the registration fee.
