How did you train all your grnt champs from when it was a puppy until now? Curious to see what's the best training method. And before anyone says I already know, "if it's in them, they will hunt"

The dog I was currently hunting got ran over.

The next night I took the pup I was starting and told him it was his time to carry the torch. He just started treeing coon naturally.

Hunted him by himself and with company occasionally.

The female I'm hunting now was the same way. I wouldn't put to much emphasis on titles though. I've seen a lot of counterfeit titled dogs and some real nice un-titled dogs.

What I've found through my years of hunting is.....A good coonhound will start naturally and overcome its handlers shortcomings.....
