Dog not acting right!

I fed him the other day I noticed he was half way done, he jumped like something bit him but I couldn't find anything. Now he won't hardly eat, his stool is running off and he's moving slow I hope it's just some stomach problem. He had a 7 way shot 2 months ago, this just has me worried. Any ideas?

How old & what does runny stool look like in color ? Is he eating @ all & is he drinking ?
Take his temp . (digital thermometer in rectum about an inch - don't stick back in med cabinet lol put it with your dog supplies & mark DOG) .
If he is not eating & drinking a vet visit is a must , dehydration is a leading cause of death . If this is an older dog not a pup & the 7 way shot was a booster (pups need way more than one to be covered) there is not blood in the stool (will be very dark & horrible odor) he could have damaged a tooth will eating . But there are about a million things that can go wrong with these dogs .

He's 3 and it was just a booster shot, I'm planning on taking him to the vet today. His stool is a brownish red color, and you can tell he's sick he doesn't want to do anything.
