Valley Creek Mini Pro II or Boss 24v Super Lite Package/Triple Threat Head????

Who has used either of these light's? Who has seen both in action and which do you think's better? How does either hold up to all night of hunting? I am looking to buy a light Friday and am wondering what people's thought's are on these light's as I have it narrowed down to these 2. Thanks for any information

Also If I go with the Valley Creek light I'm gonna get the 7 LED head with 2 being red. Either 1 I get will have a strobe light. Will these head's effect my Garmin???? Thanks

Had the valley creek mini pro for a year or so. Great light. Haven't seen a triple threat in action.

John, have ya looked at the sunfire or sunfire ultra? Only thing I will use from now on. Bright bright and burn FOREVER!

I second the Sunfire Ultra. Not sure if it is the brightest but don't know why you would need brighter. It is ridiculously bright.

I have used nothing but Boss lights since Bruce first brought them out. In fact both me and my hunting partner Adrian Martin have used them for several years now. We've had the Triple Threats since they came out. Completely satisfied with them. I have never had any Boss equipment fail in any way, just totally dead reliable.

I like my Boss 24v. It's been a great light made right here in Kentucky. Highly recommend it.

I'm with you can't stand any kind of light on my head !
I use the VC Pro with the head your talking about but I like the green . I've used this light night in night out for 2-3 years absolutely no problems . I traded for a mini pro late summer & gave it to a young man here near me that started hunting . He loves it , it is light/bright ! It is a good choice IMO . Valley Creek has great customer service & good people to deal with .

I have been using a Boss light since Kevin started making them.I have used all of the Boss lights. The 24 volt belt light with the 7 led head is the best all around light bright long burn
time. This thing is like a Timex watch it just keeps going.I am also using the little 20 volt box light with the single led head.
The Boss Magnum Pro head this is the brightest thing i have ever seen you do not need a spot light with this light really good burn time. Call Kevin or Bruce they will tell it straight

I have had the Triple Threat with the 24v Super Lite real nice light nice burn times and the color LEDs are nice. I now have the 20 Volt box light with the Magnum Pro Super Bright. This is not the box light from 10 years ago this thing is small.

Here is a PIC of the 20 volt box light.
