Birdseye coverage

How much area will the birdseye let you cover for the annual $30?

As much as you can download in a year. That all depends on your computer speed, bandwidth, etc...

Birdseye

Ok. The one I seen that had birdseye on it only had less than a county on it. It was a very small coverage area. So I can get 4 or 5 states if I want it?

birdseye

It'll only cover small areas but you can have as many small separate areas as want .If you get to big an area your picture gets distorted. It will let you know as you expand the area when you get to the point where you need stop.

I fumbled around and got all of lower Michigan on mine and it wouldn't take anymore , actually for me that's enough . Also you don't lose what you have when your year runs out . If you do lose your Birdseye for some reason after your time has run out I assume it would cost the $30 to put it back on but you're good as long as you don't lose it .
Biggest problem I hear is guys saying they bought it but can't figure out how to load it on their Astro 320 or complaining it takes forever to do it . That's the same experience I had . Just seems like it should be easier to do . I have trouble with updating to so usually don't even try as long as it's working .
If I was buying on-line from somebody like Conkleys I'd for sure ask if it could be bought and down loaded with what I wanted before I ever got my hands on it . Maybe you can , it's been a couple years for me .
