I was wondering if there is a penalty for not having your paperwork completed in 30 days? I have a dog I am needing to put in my name but dropped the ball on doing so, and now I am outside the 30 days. If so, what is the fee??? Thank You for your reply.

No, there is no fee for not having a dog transferred into your name in 30 days. The minimum transfer fee is currently $20.00.
