Can snuff worm dogs ?

Me and my buddy was wondering herd from some people around town i wouldn't try it lol I like ivomec to much but does it ?

I know some oldtimers that would give their horses and dogs their CHEW as a wormer, and i have seen them pass worms afterwards so i know it worked.
