Okay, I know they changed the rule awhile back about if you had sent your papers in and hadn't got them back in time for the hunt you can add $5 to the entry and still enter. I am up against a MOH that does not know this rule nor believe me.......is there anywhere on here that I can find this rule and print it off to take to the hunt with me? without some kind of proof its not worth the drive to the club. Thanks......

you can click on hunting prodrams top right of this screen then click on coonhounds then click on rules and forms on right column of page then scroll down to page 28.

This seems to be a problem to more and more. I drove over 4 hrs(one way) to a RQE this summer to get laughed at by a MOH when i told him conditional entry. He never heard about it and said maybe in another kennel club but not in ukc. By time i found it on phone i walked back in as he said entry was closed. Good luck

Note to all:

When you encounter that MOH that is not up to snuff on a rule as simple as this one is, maybe you should send Allen that name and MOH Number so that he may further the guy/gal's education some. NOt to get him/her in trouble but to help make sure that all our rules/ policies are enforced as the should be. Education is a good thing.

If it wasn't for Rock last year at the Georgia state I would have been taking a two hour trip back to N. GA to get my Easy entry card. Paid my 5 dollars and we moved right along!
