I own a half sister to these pups and a buddy of mine owns a half sister as well. They were early starters and tree dogs. We both run ours on bear and yotes and they are not yet two and doing a great job. They stay caught, with good grit, not crazy but stay caught, cold trailing with old dogs, they both have good speed and they are easy on the eyes. The only fault I have with her is she can be indepdant at times, as in having to have the track. I owned two half sisters to these pups but one was killed in oklahoma while down there running hog before bear season.
Thanks tim for the male pup, he is a good acting pup and if he starts as good as the others did it will be a good time again next summer.
Good luck with the rest of bear season and with the pups. Joe
If anybody has any question on how their half sister started or how they hunt feel free to pm me.
