I'm not only wanting to hear about a certain line, it can be just a single dog. I want to know which dogs have track speed. Not necessarily a cold nose but can move a track with speed while the others are checking theirselves. If you have hunted with a dog, a dogs pups, or a line that consistently throws this, tell me about them. I want to know all I can.

Jericho is the third generation of some fast dogs ... the kind that float a track and leave dogs behind .

His grandsire was Smithurst/Albert/Ace ... so was his mother , father and grandmother.


I'm not talking about running the hills or cowtrails for a long time and sounding fast ... but getting struck , floating a track even in rough stuff and treed before other dogs know it ... deceptive and effecient speed.

If you can find a big , pretty Ace bred dog with some Albert or Hunziker or something with nose ... you would probably be on the right track.

Jimmy Grubbs had some dogs out of his mid Tn black dogs that was extremely fast on track Ol Becky would drive a track and she passed this trait on to her pups.
