texting

Just wondered if this happens to anyone. else. people text wanting pictures and i send them and tell them its best to call. then they continue to text and as nice as i can ask them to call again . then i never hear from them again. has the world got to a place where you can't have a simple conversation on the phone. i think its faster and easier to talk than type maybe I'm old fasioned. just wondered if i am alone on this one. so if anyone wants to call and talk dogs my number is in my signature .

I hate texting.. but i think some people are more shy and feel like they would rather strech a five minute phone call out over two hours of texting while im trying to work.. so i text when i have to.. and call when i can..

I heard a talk show on a radio station debate what your are talking about a while back. They said with all the technology people say the world is more interactive and communicate better than ever before but in all reality people dont even know how to communicate with people face to face or like you say a simple conversation on the phone.

I loved it on Duck Dynasty when Phil and Si talked about the grandson texting and talking on the computer to his girlfriend down the road. they said why dont you just go talk to her instead haha. Si said something like these boys dont even know what a girl smells like, HEY girls smell good lol.

They hit it on the head buddy and thats how it is. Ive called people to talk and get no answer and before I get done leaven a message they text me haha , its not that they are somewhere they cant talk they dont want to talk thats crazy.

I text more than talk....mainly because when I am at work in the factory I just can't hear well enough to have a conversation.

I do a lot of texting, but I would talk on the phone more. I have sold cars, campers and hunting equipment all through text. Never talked to the person until they showed up to pick it up. Kind of wild! I think I would call if I was buying something, but so many people just text and email now days.

I PREFER TEXT

I can talk to 4,5 or even more people all at the same time while I am busy getting something else done. And what I really like most not only can you talk to multiple people at the same time but when I am ready to end the conversation and move on, its over dont have to drag it out looking for a way to end it. I can put my phone on vibrate and not bother anyone and text and work or what ever.

Myself I prefer to text ten fold over phone calls,

you send me a text more than likely you will get an immediate response

If you call you will more than likely get my voice mail.
