They are in 40lb bags and depending on dealer, around $30 a bag.

Sportmix makes a soy, corn, and wheat free formula under the name of Wholesomes however, the parent company makes a grain free under Earthborn.

I see Diamond started making a grain free dog food. Got fruits and vegetables instead. It's more expensive then EA.

Protein Blend - Real beef, chicken or fish protein sources provide dogs with the amino acid building blocks necessary for ideal lean body condition.
Digestive Support - Natural fiber ingredients, including prebiotic fiber (dried chicory root), help support healthy digestion.
Omega Fatty Acids - A blend of omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids from fish meal, flaxseed and either chicken fat or canola oil helps keep the skin and coat healthy and shiny.
Fruits and Veggies - Sweet potatoes, peas, garbanzo beans, potatoes, blueberries and raspberries provide an excellent spectrum of phytonutrients.
Antioxidant Formulation - Guaranteed levels of selenium and vitamin E help support a healthy lifestyle.
Grain-Free - Grain-free foods provide optimal nutrition for dogs sensitive to grain.

Ive been feeding the sportmix wholesomes and have had excellent results with it. its around $25 a 40 lb bag at my local tsc. The dogs look slick and toned and very little waste. I feed 3 full grown hounds and a 40 lb bag will last about 16 days. I like it and will probly stick with it until they change it or jack the price up on it.

I was feedig pride because my club buys it in bulk its the same price but my hounds looked like crap no matter what type i fed them. And i think the corn in it was making them hotter when i hunted them. they seem to be running alot cooler now since i quit feeding it.

I've been feeding this for close to 6 months now and I really like it. I can get it for $29 for 40 lbs. I feed most every dog two 8oz cups a day (split into two feedings) coats look good, very little pickup, none got upset when I changed over, actually some had harder stool the next day, and they always eat it. Every batch looks consistant, and its always real oily and smells fresh.

I just got a dog back and he was fat, blowing his coat like crazy, and all his pigment was faded on his nose. It's been a couple weeks and his coat is slick, he's toned up alot with little excercise, and his nose is way darker again.
