I mean a dog is out trailing and they call timeout and doesn't minus the dog???

One says dog is barking and one say it isn't.

If timeout was called they should have deleted the strike points and began the 1 hr to retrieve the hound...

No they should minuses the dog.dog was not n danger or on someone else's property

There should have been no timeout called in the situation described. They should apply the 8 and 8 gets the trailing dog then call timeout. Otherwise no reason for timeout.

Agree with that if there was no reason to call timeout then there should have been no timeout until 8 minutes caught the trailing dogs.
