Dog losing his voice at the tree help please

My English male has a decent track mouth locates with bawl and goes into chop but the longer he trees he is barking but the sound is barely coming out any suggestions would be helpful.

mustard,lemmon in his water,have seen bute tablets work,rest his voice limit his barking if he pulls on chain could have done some damage, throw some antibotic's in him won't hurt
