Looks like our Senators are doing the right thing ! Let's hope the House follows suit and the Gov, signs it into law ! Would say that any votes against it, should be reason enough for replacement in the next election !

In case "you all" missed Civics Class, states laws DO NOT supersede Federal law. It your senators passing a bunch of legislation that appeals to the "gun owner crowd", that will be over- turned by the state and federal courts. Sorry! Tom

but i think wv passed a law to that effect not sure if they have passed it yet but was working on it thats what all states should do and we as voters need to watch which gov offficails that are backing all this gun control try and vote them out of office i know my buddys grandson couldnt find any 22 shells nowhere around here a couple wks ago

but if a state refuses gov money that would be saying that they dont want the gov interfearing in state laws passed by state officials pass but i will admit i aint real smart on things like this
