What"s the deal with UKC?

Been trying to get through to registration for 2 days. I get put on hold and get to listen to ****** music for 10-15 minutes each time till i get irritated and hang up. This is rediculous.

I tried the other day all morning finally that evening i got through the person told me that they were short handed that day. It was aggrevating but I finally got through.

Best thing to do is send Russell in registeration dept .a PM ,He is pretty quick to reply .

same problem no other business would work this way. I've not had very good customer service the last five times I have called. I just get put on hold and never get to talk to anyone.

I paid my pup up in the performance program didn't know they changed the fee if you were late. He has now turned a yr and can't get a hold of them to find out find out if they are even gonna let me enter them in the performance cause they won't answer the phone

you ever stop and think how many thousands of dogs they deal with in one day??? not just 1 or a litter i think they do a good job when ever i take my papers in i get them back in the same day.

well the way I see it, if they are dealing with thousands then possibly they should consider hiring more employees to meet their customers needs.

Customer service needs to be high on the list of priorities for any company.

Everyones situation is different but mine has worked well the past couple years with just a few questions a year.

When I have a general question I go to the Registration Board and ask. If I need some specific information I send Russell a PM.

Either way I get a quick response to my problems and how to solve them. In most cases they just point out what on line form to use or how to fill it out or what procedure I need to follow and my problem is solved.

Example of my problems in the past have been papers sent in and I requested a name change when it couldn't happen, sent in papers I had made changes on and that don't work. Getting papers on dog that went through a couple people without the papers being changed and so forth. Several cases I had overnighted the paper work in and my errors slowed it down but UKC always gave a quick response on what direction to take or what form to download and fill out.
Either by PM or Registration Board, Russell has always been there to help!! Thanks Russell!!
