Was wondering if it was legal to carry a small set of binoculars or small rifle scope to use when shining a tree... I know we use a scope pleasure hunting to look up in the tops of trees in thick spots at spots we think might be a coon balled up in a fork not looking.. Just wondering if there was a rule on this ????
