How many spots do you have?

How many spots do you have to turn loose? On average how many drops can you make in one spot?

I have about a dozen or more spots within 30 minutes of my house. A couple of those spots different guys hunt, but the majority are just mine. There is some good hunting here. Just about every dump I can recast from a tree and tree another within a half mile.

It would be easier to list the spots around here that I can't turn out on.

I pay out my tail to join deer leases. I've got thousands of ac I can hunt. Most of it is crap. Only one good spot really and it's not that good. I can make about 3 drops on it and expect to tree one. I think its 6 or 7 hundred ac.

I have 2 spots within 10 min of the house. One is just over 100 acres, the other is just under 100 acres.

I am a member of a deer lease 23 miles away, takes 35 min to make the drive. I have 1900 acres there and there are 3 legit turnouts there. Most of it is cutover, with hardwoods along the creeks and on the back swamp.

Total - 5 turnouts.

I also have a gamelands system with a dozen or so turnouts about 27 miles from the house. I turnout there some, but the coons are scarce and other hunters are plentiful. I hate making that drive and pulling up to find someone else there, or worse yet turning out and the dog baying a recently killed coon from a previous group of hunters that are too lazy to carry the coon they shot out of the woods.

x2, around here you can't turnout hardly anywhere where dogs won't get on some other land owner
that don't want people hunting it.
if you draw out in a cast close by where you hunt, some dry drop you in places where they have shot out all the coons yet they accuse others, saying they'll come back and kill all their coons in places they have feeders out, with coons there.
they beat themselves by dry dropping then talk about other peoples dogs not treeing coons. LOL.
they caused me to loose places i had to hunt because of their jealous stupidity. best not to mess with these much, so i stay away from them for the most part.

I meant I can hunt almost anywhere around here. Hence it would be easier to list the handful of places I can't hunt on than the half of the county I can hunt on.

I have at least 15 spots that I can think of within 30 minutes of home. Some are less than five minutes away and all of them can be hunted multiple drops.
