SportDOG Brand® Hound Hunter SD-3225

Anybody use one of these? Just wondering how it compares to the tri-tronics? Range and durability?

I have a 3200 hound hunter. I really like it, and from what I've researched the 3225 is a great improvement. I'd try one.

Tully, If you like the 3200, you will love 3225. In my opinion, it is about 10 times better. I have owned both.

As far as range, if you can hear your dog, you will be able to shock it.

I have a Sportdog 1.0 tracking and training collar. Two of my collars wont charge.I bought the system from a friend. Called Sportdog ,they will not work on it,not even if I pay.I told them I bought it used and they said sorry cant help you. I liked the collar alright until this happened.Collar clinic doesn't work on them either. I wanted an Alpha but thought I saved money buying the Sportdog.I don't think thats very good customer support
