He did do something right like leave his mark on the walker breed for many generations to come. One of the cornerstones of that breed. I would say his pups were more of a tree dog than track. Down here in Texas it gets hot and dry. They were bigger dogs and therefore they really didn't excel about 6 months out of the year. But, when the were on they were hard to beat. Not to mention, Frank Giddings, Sackett owner was a really good guy and strived to better the breed. I'd say he did!
