Life was so much easier before Michael Waddell declared that Indiana was one of his favorite places to hunt.

Nothing personal, just gets tiring with all the guys knocking on your door now. If I lose one more acre of hunting to a deer lease, it's gonna be **** hard to kill a deer on it.

rance I seen a billboard in Arkansas advertising deer leases. Like a 1000 acres will subdivide. Didn't get the number? South of Jonesboro on 63. If I wanted to kill a big deer, I would call Perry Vesely.

There's 40 acres just came up for sale. To close to 70 to coon hunt. Good deer hunting. Has a cabin and a pond on it.

They have it listed for 140,000 or 3500 an acre. That's high, it oughta sell for 2500 an acre at best. 4000 an acre for good timber or farm ground
