Why in the world is there not a place on the back of puppy papers to check a box and how much for to permenately nominate puppy in performance program?

100 percent agree-always get confused myself, then remember the little blue sheet, then wonder if I need to make out 2 checks since the total from the puppy papers is now wrong. Needs to be simplified!
