Wanted to share a few of my families photos we have serious hunting habits. I'm 42 and ever since before I was born my daddy hunted , and his daddy before him. We do love the dogs , the hunt, the game , and the KIDS. The swamps of Middle GA produce abundant game, and I was raised to hunt them with a dog. LOL


These may not be record book animals , but they are logged in our minds as true trophies.......

I'm the same as you I was put out on my own stand when we ran deer dogs when I was eight..haha but I mostly coon,hog and turkey hunt got burned out on deer hunting since we can't run dogs in my area enymore for deer because of people bitchen..

We do run deer with dogs some , the ones pictured were not. Sorry for the confusion. All were fair chase fair game legally taken. All hogs are taken alive unless dogs determine otherwise.LOL

anytime its not Deer season or turkey season for the most part occassionally during turkey season I guess that would mostly be in Jan, feb, march, then june thru august

I coon hunt and have been for a long time. Been deer hunting alittle longer...mule deer and whitetail. My favorite hunting is killing ducks. I love on the Brazos river and it also has a bunch of game. Nothing like drinking coffee in duck blind and watching the sun come up hearing the whistling wings overhead and watching them drop in the decoys. Bang away...then send the dog to get it and bring it back! Smokin guns in the morning...mmmmm I can just smell the gun powder burning now!!!

We own a Cabin in Whitepine Colorado which is right between Gunnison and Salida Colorado. we go out elk hunting every year and if fortunate enough to get drawn for a Mule tag we will do that....but havent been that lucky yet!

i hunt squirrels and coons with my dogs but my dogs hunt anything that'll run and or climb, except deer.
