YES SIR KELLY I AGREE
I have always liked this ear set, I have always called it a high ear set. On of the things that I just about have to have.I always breed for and look for a high ear set Cat feet, square head tight made, these are the most important physical features I like and wont settle for any less if I have a choice.
I know I sound like I am always bragging on this little dog but over 40 years of coonhunting, breeding walkers, blueticks and a little of everything in between, this dog is by far hands down my favorite of all, more than 150 hounds that I have owned and the top dogs I can count on one hand, and dirty joe stands alone.
Aint nobody has to take my word for it he is here and I have places to hunt, a man should be able to judge a dog without a score card. he will do the same thing over and over and over as long as you can hang he will do it.
I love him, everything about him, they are a few things I would change up some if I could but nothing major,
I am with ya I love a rolled back high ear set!!!!!!!!!!!
Pretty dog you have in the picture, and I would say he had the brains between those layed back ears!!!!!!!!!
