my plott gyp is in heat. she's 3 yrs old. she is almost constantly mouning and howling and whinning. no matter what i do she only stops for a few minutes. i wonder if it would be ok to put a bark limiter collar on her in this situation? would it be too stressful since she's not barking just to be heard. i don't know why she's making all this noise but it must be heat related. your thoughts?
