This sneak peak is from the very first Winter Classic. You recognize anyone in some of those old photos? Several in particular that I like are Max Summerlin and Lyndell Price. Another one is Joyce Little who moved to California with her military family. After retirement several years ago they moved back to Michigan and now works in the Coonhound Department once again. She's been a great asset to this department and will be at the Classic this year. Another one is of a little girl in the Kids Show. She's one of the big girls now and just came off a major win a few weeks ago at the Grand American. And of course, Mr. Fred Miller is included in a few photos. Good stuff....

What wonderful memories Dianne and I have of the W/C in Ga. As mention time does not stand still and all good things must come to a end.

Wow, that does take me back . I loved the original grounds . Just made you feel like the old south but we outgrew what it could handle for it's capacity .
I missed the very first one and then another a couple years ago when Laurie was sick but made all the others . Going to miss another " first " for the WC this year but hope to see the new place in the future .
The memories are precious .
