What's everyones opinion?

I have two pups about to be 9 months old. They will hunt the only trouble I have is deer and I'm taking care of that this week. I've worked them on a caged coon at six to 7 months. Two weeks ago I turned a coon lose waited about a half hour and turned both pups lose they trailed it over 600 yards and treed it and it took me about 20 mins to walk there and they stayed treed. I'm wondering if I should run them with the older dog for awhile just to make sure they get on coon and nothing else. So the question is should I run them with the older dog for a few weeks or take them out alone and let them learn by themselves. Any suggestions will help I've never trained a pup before.

Just me, but I wouldn't hunt them together (the pups).

pups

It goes both ways but if they ran a track that far the first time, you lut em in thick coons and they might not need that older dog. And theres a chance they could get jumped on and ruined but you need to hunt em with other dogs or they might become tree tigers!!!

Older dog ain't really gonna help eny only way to make them coondogs is to single them out and have patience just because a dog trees with a dog doesn't mean it will ever be worth a crap.

Yea id rotate another dog in every now and then jus to keep em in check. Jus try to keep the play to a minimum. Watch em close, there pups they can start a fight and get jumped on and get ruined all in a matter of seconds if your not careful.

Let them run them sometimes you'll think its deer and its a coon running like heck my dog is all bawl when he is on a coon if he bawl chops its trash I don't shock him I let him keep doing it then when I catch him I whoop him tell him I'm tired of his **** and he goes and trees me a coon almost everytime this is his first kill season I don't use e collars that much other then to teach to leash and load up other then that I let them be trashy as they get older they break themselfs
