16.00 is top price for coon. coon and coyote seem like the only thing really down this year. otter, rats and bobcats are bringing good money

Talked to a vet here in Kansas City last week that had sold his Fur to Mr Ropp. He told me the same price for Jumbo's $25.00.....I'll post his contact info here later so you can call and verify for yourself.

Just mapquest or google the address and that the best way to get directions.

( They are Minenites leave your number they will call you back) they are a little south of Jamesport on 190 go east on Oval road to minenite school house turn right go to saw mill turn left Ropps will be at the top of the Hill on the right. Yes I have been there and sold there for three years. It will take a 36+ inch coon to bring 25 dollars.alot of people are averaging 10 -16 on there early caught coons.

Clayton 9 dollars is an awful wide spread for north missouri coon. miller 16 dollars top Ropp 25 dollars topp is your coon smaller over east?
Don Viers is paying $20 dollar tops out of Unionville,Mo. Fur catch is down this year in the northern states coons will proballybe higher towards the end of season.

I would say our coons around here average in the 12 to 17 lb range. Of course some we kill are 8 lbs and some are 20 lbs plus. I will talk to Mike again about the prices. One thing I myself will have to take into consideration is Mike will be buying right here at my house so I have no gas or road expense. Jamesport and Unionville are both around 2 1/2 hour drives. Maybe if I tell him there paying 20 - 25 he'll be forced to pay a little more.

Nobody is not saying to not sell to him. Sell to him. I have 100 coons now if I could get $ 2-$3 more a piece average on them I would travel, my buddy from down south Mo. drives up here every year and sells because his local buyer is only paying about half for what there worth. Let us know how many he buys this year.

Mike paid me 17 on top,14 in the middle,and 10 on the bottom for mine I took in so far. I thought that wasn't too bad for the bunch of dumb,easy, bluetick-type coon I had.
