I bought a new tuff skin anteana about 5 months ago and needless to say I wasn't getting that great of reception lately so I took it apart and the eyelit where it screws into the receiver sheered in half. Called Double U well after business hours and got someone on the phone! They sent me a new one no questions asked!

Very impressed with their service, any product you buy can break but the service made the purchase worth it. I'm confident this new one will last a lot longer than the first one!
