Kennels

I have two hounds outside dogs. They are some dirty ass dogs but really good hunters. One pisses in his water bowl everyday, and Enterance to dog house it just smells like piss everywhere. I pick up there crap daily. My neighbor keeps calling the dog warden on me. For smell and dogs barking one in a while. Is there a better way I can build a kennel for my dogs? Is that harassment for calling the warden on me all he time? On one dog has a no- bark collar on him. he bark right thru it . It the Sportdog model on HIGH. Thanks for reading my post and helping me out.

Go to Wal-Mart and buy the cheapest kitty litter you can buy and throw on the smelly area and the smell is gone .... you can do this with lime as well....

Raise the water up to a level that the dog can get a drink, but nothing else.
