Whats a good tall waterproof boot for coonhunting that'll stand up to lots of brush, cornfields and tons of walking ..

Usually wear cowboy boots but getting tired of my feet getting wet all the time

Good luck. I get 1 new pair a year. That is if the chaps last that long. I like lacrosse the best.

Honestly probably the best for durability I have found were the Dunlop but **** they ain't comfortable. Gonna try putting the cushioned insoles in mine cause they do seem they can take the abuse.

If your not wanting waders. Try a set of danner pronghorns. In the snake boot. They are tough.

I use the lacrosse mud lite with yoder super chaps. I wear out one pair a year or less no matter what brand but was buying a new pair every 4 months when I was using Muck. And have never whore out at set of chaps and there is some rough stuff to hunt around here.

i like mucks the most important thing is to put insoles in them
where they will fit.chaps may be a little hot unless you wear
shorts.

Shoot i wish i could find enough water to get em wet right now lol we need some rain so bad i like the lacrosse boots pretty good bought the stone creek waders cuz suppose to be close to wick frog legs but i dont really like em the ole frog legs are deeply missed

Kody lol I might not even need em this year I reckon.. Only have gotten 5 inches of rain since May so everything is purdy dry in my part of the state.. Still some rivers n big creeks I hunt around that still have water in em though..

ROCKY MUDSOX!theyre made of neoprene and rubber.never leaked very light and comfortable.i hunt every night and liked them enough to buy an extra pair for when these wear out.ive worn this pair for about 7 months so far.

You may also look into the Irish Setter boots made by Redwing. Very comfortable and seem to be durable as well. They are a little pricy though IMO.
