I would have to agree , he was a day late so he lost money both ways , having more fuel expense , plus you short paying him . I really can't understand why him arriving alittle late was a problem , was you plan on hunting the dog as soon as you got it ? Doubt it , this guy could probably of taken you to small claims court if he really wanted to .
