Boot Question

I am looking to buy a new pair of boots. I have wore Mucks for years now and am very happy. I just wonder if there is another pair that have more arch support in the sole that still gives me the flexability to get them on and off like Muck. I am a big big man and some are terribly hard to get off.

Bog boots are the most comfortable boots I have worn that are knee high. I am currently trying ot wear out a pair of muck boots and I just hate them.

Boots

I've worn bout every boot on the market and the MuckMaster is the best one i have found. Some guys complain about the inside heel wearing out, that's because they are too big and foot slips. It's the only boot I have found that I can wear hunting tonight and my feet no be sore in the morning. I even wear them hunting the mountains.

The biggest difference between the grub boot and the muck boot is the vibram sole on the grub. The hard slippery sole on the muck is very slippery on wet logs and muddy banks. The vibram sole on the grub gets much better traction and is more flexible. The outside shell of the grub and muck look just alike and the inside liner on the grub is nicer.I wouldn't take 3 pair of mucks in on trade for my grubs.

never tried any grubs, but i might. got a pair of the lacrosses that are fairly nice, but i do like the muck's better. if they could fix that heel problem, they would be just fine by me, but i am thinking any of them that fit your foot right, and you have to use your foot to get the heel broke loose to get it off, is eventually going to crack and wear out in that area.
