u could always shut the extra rooms off in the winter and use some 110 electric heater u can get at tractor supply or walmart
electric fans on a bucket of ice work ok for a while
harber freight as some 7000 watt generators for around $700 ,they should run about anything..
i have a 5000 watt generator that will run a 220 volt welder and it runs my 220volt house well water pump,
they run around $400-500..
or you could just pretend you is amish and do like they do everyday...lol
