Not yet, but maybe one day. Great looking boat and I hear nothing but great things about BassCat and their customer service.

I fish out of an antique Ouichita aluminum Jon boat. I can afford to buy a new boat if I thought I needed one but I wouldn't trade my Ouichita for a new fiberglass boat. I live in a lake when Saturday mornings, the bass tournament guys fly up and down the lake. They race to get the best spot on the lake. When they get there, there I will be sitting in my oldest boat on the lake. LOL. I can fish the local rivers if I want to and I don't have to worry about banging my boat when I tie it to a brushpile. They don't make Ouichita boats any more.

I will say I love my new I-Pilot trolling motor.

WOW....we may have found the worlds only Evinrude fan.

Personally I would prefer it had a Yamaha SHO on it but I could live with a Merc.

Boat

Bass Cat is an awesome boat. The closest dealer here is 300 miles away. Personaly 4 boats I like. Skeeter,Phoenix ,Bass Cat , and Ranger. Regardless of what you buy,the DEALER you buy from and go to for service makes the difference.
Bass Cat has a great reputation and builds a sweet looking boat. Good luck.

The guy that mentioned coon hunting out of a boat hit the nail on the head. You can't coon hunt out of a bass boat but I can put a dog box in the front of my Ouichita and turn my pups on a hot coon track where I saw the coon eyes a long way off. If you have never coon hunted out of a boat, it usually is some of the easiest coon hunting you will find. You can dump on hot coon tracks all night long.

"you can coon hunt out of a bass boat!"

Not with out risking poking a hole in the fiberglass. At least on the lakes and rivers where I coon hunt out of a boat.

Better make that two evinrude fans. The Etec is a very nice outboard. I had a 50HP on my Carolina skiff....very quiet, response, and sipped gas instead of guzzling it

I'm a Ranger fan by way of my fiance' (who's Ranger has an E-Tec on it, by the way), and Sea Pro for center consoles since my father worked for them for years. That's a nice looking boat though!

Well

Here's my thoughts on a Bass Cat, go take a ride and then come and tell me what ya think!! I made the trip to Sherm's marine in Wabash, In. and purchased the boat shown above. Broke the motor in today 200 HP Merc Pro XS Optimax and I'm impressed with the performance and equipment on this Pantera II!! Period!! Safety equipment only along with me, 155lbs soak and wet!! At the end, 7/8 trottle I was cruizing at 66 miles and hour. Hole is great, workman ship is great, has everything but a toilet and a place to do your bussiness!! Great boat overall!! Go to Sherm's and check one out and tell them Danny G. sent ya!! Time to hit the sack, pre fishing in the morning for a tourney next weekend!! Try one out guys, there one heck of a boat and I've owned a bunch of boats!! This one tops most out there!! I'm lovin it and great guy to work with that fishes FLW and BLW tours!! He's the owner so he knows what ya want and how to set them up!! Ausome!! Danny G.
