Matt,

In Oct. 2002 I hunted against Lonnie's Fly female in a GR NITE cast. I was very impressed with her. She's got a real good mouth and she can cover some ground fast. She got split treed once and held the pressure with the other three dogs working all around her and she never missed a beat! She didn't win our cast, but she didn't make any mistakes that I saw. She looked good to me.
There is a guy down here that went to breed to Hornet three years ago and he said Hornet was the LOUDEST bluedog he'd ever heard. He was leading his gyp around, letting her pee, and he said all he could hear was Hornet.

Hornet's mother was out of Ranger IV, and Gary will tell you that old IV was the best male dog he ever hunted.

Expect Hornet's pups to be loud, hard tree dogs and to look like hounds.
