color isnt that important when i breed

its the blood in the veins im lookin to preserve. the flag blood can be traced back to johnsons banjo just like the boone dogs thru boone creek mike and others. im just tryin to keep some of my old blood around so i can cross it back on some of this newer blood like thunder and wolf lake flag as well coon waxer ......

Dual Grand Pulpwood's Image was a grandson of Flag. He was nice. I heard he was the sire to Coon Waxer but I'm not sure of that.

Magnum was a Direct Son of Flag, and a a reproducer, never did get the chance to breed to too many.

Bred a female to Magnum once...

Kept a pair of pups and they were both exceptional. Both died here. The male was the best hound I've ever owned. He died at the age of 12 and would still tree coons right up to the end. He had more desire and more hate for a coon than any dog I've ever seen. He was also the most accurate dog I've ever seen. I'd be interested in having some of that Flag blood from up above.

I would like to know more about this hound. You are talking about. Hows his mouth, his hunting ability from track to tree. Is he a stay put treedog. Thanks for any input. I have a gyp coming in soon and might consider him if possible. That is if isnt to far for me to drive.

Thanks Dirty Deeds

Swift Creek Magnum

I breed a walker female I had to Swift Creek Magnum Male. The best walkers out of this female came out of this cross.I have blueticks now but if I could find one that goes back to this cross I'd sure like to have one. They were accurant coon Treeing Walkers. Un like most Walkers that are around now! Magnum was directly out of flag by the way!
