redbone stud dog owners

hello guy's and gals. what i want to do is invite anyone who is hunting a redbone male/stud dog at current time. the hunt will take place in east central minnesota we have plenty of spots and all night to hunt our coon season is open year round so they tree'm we shoot'm. i'm looking for a future stud dog to breed to a female i have( i have my own stud dog but she is off of him)and my brother has a few of his own but i'm weighing all options. so if anyone would like to take me up on this offer get a hold of me by email, phone 763-552-0074, or reply to this message. here is the deal will draw out in casts( this is not to detirmine which dog wins i want to compare strong and weak points with other dogs)(no score cards just people hunting together, this way stud dogs owners can see what other owners have also *********** your hound does not have to be titled to come up here and hunt in this, i'm looking for a possible mate for my female, titles don't always make a coon dog and definnatally don't make them reproducers***************. here is what you will need to come up
1. your hound/papers/other pictures and info
2. your hunting gear-dress warm for this is in 8-24/8/25
3. i can find places for about 6 to 10 people to stay.

like i said october 24/25 this would be a friday saturday with plenty of coon to be treed ,some easy some not so easy. so what do you say who's all comming up north. i would need to know by the 17 off october.

Have fun with it mudduck-

I'll have to decline due to my schedule this fall. But you and Guy have seen my dog go so there isn't a whole lot more to show. You might want to consider making it an offspring hunt though, don't you think? Isn't that what's really important in a stud dog- what he produces?

Problem with your idea Wade, is you won't get many worthy dogs to go with. The burden of travel should be in your court, not someone else's. You of all people should know there's no money in the stud business. Now you are asking stud dog owner's to spend their own dime to prove their dog to you. Maybe you should pack up and make a road trip to find your next stud.

I do think you have the right idea though. You want to have a good time and see some good dog work. All I'm saying is, don't throw all your eggs in that one weekend basket.

pack up how are they doing anyways the packers . oh never mind that. the hunt is not only for me to find a stud dog it is also to get together and have a good time and maybe get some people working together to improve the breed and yes it would be nice to see offspring of the dog hunt also. but lets face it people would only bring the best pup off there male. so i guess in that regard i would like to see the male and a pup go int the woods just to see if the pup was showing quailties that the male had that were positive. know for your pete dog he is a super nice hound that can get the job done. my female strong points are she is a quick strike dog, can move a track with good speed and direction, locates a tree with a loud long fading bawl sometimes just 1 time but most of the time 2 or 3 times. she is a knock down tree dog hard fast chop did i say fast hope i did casue it's fast. now for he faults. she has babbled but hasn't for a while, i have seen her slick tree more than i would like( but stays treed no matter what the other dogs are doing). she is a lighter colored dog that is about as ugly as a hound can get ok maybe not that ugly. and her biggest fault is having a owner with not enough time to hunt her as much she needs to be hunted. so joe i can send her down your way to be hunted and if you like her you can nite hunt her on my dime. and breed her to pete for i think they would cross pretty good together. i would like to see her a nt.ch before breeding because she is worthy of the title. i would split the litter with you also

well hell Lucking-

what makes you think I need anymore partner deals? If she's my kind of hound, you just price her. But I need to see her go by herself. She best get in the dark. How's she compare to those couch potatos Guy brought over here? (Just kiddin') If she can hang with those two males, I might like her.

Cut the crap. Put an honest tag on her and don't send me some dog that won't win. She got to behave herself around home, get in the dark by herself and hold pressure. All those holes you talked about are a walk in the park. I call those problems two or three time corrections and you're done with it. I don't mess around waiting for holes to fill on their own. Just give me the raw materials and I'll do the rest. You ain't talkin' to some rookie, Mudduck.

And I wouldn't trade a SuperBowl for that gangbangin' puss of a receiver you got. He couldn't handle a season without a roof over his head anyway.

Wade, I can't!

I've used up all of my wife's patience the weekend before. Plus I'm not sure my truck will handle two consecutive road trips of over four hours at a time!!!

I'm still planning on you and Guy making it down here for our Little Winter Classic we will be holding. If you guys don't show, I might be forced to defend the integrity of the redbone breed with the crap I hunt. That is a bleak picture

You let me know if you and Guy are showing up. I'll treat you to some of the best upland game hunting you have ever seen.

Hey Wade, remember when Warren Moon was the QB for the Vikes? Did you ever hear that the management up there hired his wife for a wide reciever cause she was the only thing he could ever hit!!?!?!?
