How long does it take to get papers on two pups and a litter . Papers were sent of a month ago on 4/16 next day air from post office they still have not processed my papers they show to have received them but have not processed them yet . I know they get a lot of papers why so long a buddy of mine sent his two weeks after mine already got them back a week ago what's the deal?
