The cheapest place I have found with good customer service is Lion Country Supply. I have ordered from them a few times and they have always got my order right and to my door in about 3-5 days.

Those generic latigo collars all come from the same one or two suppliers .... they buy in bulk the basic strap or even whole collars and just resale them .

Unconditioned latigo and the like is about like using leather shoe strings .

Conditioned harness leather will last so much longer that it's worth the money ...
