Considering A New Dog Food...need Opinions.

I CURRENTLY FEED ALL MY HOUNDS DIAMOND DOG FEED BECAUSE IT SEEMS TO BE PRETTY POPULAR AND APPEARS TO HAVE GOOD INGREDIENTS. HOWEVER THIS OTHER FEED HAS CAUGHT MY ATTENTION AND ITS KINDA HARD TO IGNORE. ITS CALLED VICTOR DOG FOOD. THE INGREDIENTS SEEM TO BE JUST AS, OR BETTER THAN DIAMOND AND AROUND THE SAME PRICE.

HAVE ANY OF YOU HUNTERS TRIED THIS OUT?
IF SO...WHAT DO YOU THINK?

THANKS FOR YOUR TIME.
RANDY

Re: Considering A New Dog Food...need Opinions.

if it ain't broke....

I have not used Victor, but I did get a sample from a hunt and my dogs wouldn't eat it. They apparently didn't like the taste or smell of it. so, I used it in a coon feeder.

If you have a costco near by then try their kirtland brand its actually made by diamond but a better cost. Up here a 40# bag of diamond is about $40. but the costco brand which is meat based like the naturals is only $25.

Eukanuba is a great dog food less waste, better performance, more endurance! The cost is the only downfall it works really good on a dogs coat. I fed pro-plan and it is good also if I weren't going to feed the eukanuba pro-plan performance would be the next option.
