G2 Led Head

Has anyone changed a cord on a G2 LED Head.I have one with a short ,where it goes in the head.I took the screws out of the side of the head but cant get it to come apart.Thought maybe there was a trick to it. Thanks JOE

i have long and short cords for my g2 it just unsrews from the back of head no tools needed

Mine is the same. Must be an early model head or something if it is wired differently.
