What's the best age to start a pup out on Ivomec/Heartguard?

I start heartworm prevent at 6 month.

Heart-worm Larva matures in 6 months so Pups should be started by then; in case they were infected early.

Yes six months old is the correct age to start to prevent against heart worms!!
